Program: These days, it seems that being “Supermom” is the only kind of mom to be. We rush from meetings to athletic practice to music recitals to dinner, and somewhere in there we try to spend quality time with our children and partners. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a stay at home mom or a working mom—it can be easy to lose ourselves in the shuffle. Take some time for yourself.
